Demand
Will households renew a paid food plan without constant prompting?
A neighborhood’s recurring food demand becomes a production plan. A farm, partner suppliers, a kitchen, and timed fulfillment become one service. The household gets ingredients or meals without coordinating every purchase.
Streamline is in development. We are seeking conversations with prospective capital and operating partners; no funding commitments, neighborhood enrollment, or four-acre returns are established here.
Much of food’s value is created after the farm gate. The opportunity is to earn more of that work through a service households prefer: demand coordination, useful production, preparation, and dense fulfillment. The question is contribution and repeat purchasing, not a robotics demonstration.
Bennett Cawthon’s operating history began with year-round hydroponic produce in Bozeman in 2017. Current engineering includes bounded recorded greenhouse reconstruction and an available record-analysis tool. The integrated household service is the next commercial proof to build.
A production anchor near recurring household demand. Grow the crops that earn their place; source the rest. The scenario below exposes the commercial dependencies. It does not establish site ownership, construction readiness, crop capacity, or a financial return.

Revenue includes partner ingredients and prepared meals. This is a partial household food service. The model holds costs and capacity relationships constant; staffing and infrastructure may change in steps. Land, site capacity, installed investment, and financing remain unresolved. Replace the capital allowance with a complete investment analysis before claiming returns.

Which crops improve cost, freshness, or the customer offer enough to grow locally?
Can inventory, a kitchen, and dense routes protect the delivery window at positive contribution?
Can another operator and parcel repeat the result after labor and capital costs?
Begin with a priced, compact cohort using existing supply where possible. Size production from dependable demand. Establish full investment requirements before expanding. Housing integration earns a separate development case.
Read the proposed investment gatesFund the demand pilot, site diligence, operating team, and the evidence needed for the next investment.
Bring a candidate parcel or neighborhood. Establish usable area, access, utilities, and the case for future housing integration.
Bring growing, supply, preparation, packing, or delivery competence. Make the first household promise dependable.
Connect permitted household procurement and qualified physical work where they improve the service economics.
Bring the dependency you can help solve. A first conversation should establish your contribution, the milestone it advances, and the evidence needed to justify it.
