Information you choose to provide

Streamline Farms collects the information you enter in the website’s contact, collaboration, and research-update forms. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, organization, role, facility information, and the message you send.

How the information is used

Streamline uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential collaborations, and send requested research updates. The website does not sell personal information.

Form processing

Website forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party service that transmits the submission to Streamline. Information submitted through a form is therefore handled by Formspree as well as Streamline under their respective practices. You can review the Formspree privacy policy. Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, sensitive personal data, or confidential technical material through a website form.

Attribution and service logs

When you submit an inquiry, Streamline may include campaign parameters from the page address, the site origin that referred you, and the landing-page path with the submission. These fields help Streamline understand which outreach led to a useful conversation; the full referring-page path is not intentionally collected. Vercel, the website host, and Formspree may also process standard service information such as IP address, browser details, and request timestamps to operate and protect their services.

Analytics

Streamline does not currently transmit website measurement events to a third-party analytics provider. The site includes provider-neutral conversion hooks so that aggregate measurement can be added later without placing names, email addresses, or inquiry messages in analytics events. This notice will be updated if that practice changes.

Retention

Submitted information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess or manage a potential relationship, provide updates you requested, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. The period may vary with the nature of the conversation. You may request deletion using the contact address below.

Your choices

You can contact Streamline to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted. You may also contact Streamline directly instead of using a website form. To stop research updates, email bennett@streamlinefarms.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject or message.
